Company Founded
Shoraka Group, established in Dubai, UAE in July 2006, initially began with Shoraka Advisory Services (SAS)
2008
Global Expansion
The group expanded into investment management and private equity in by acquiring WSQ Investment
Management Ltd in London, along with a private university, an IT company, and more
2017
Shoraka Al-Amin
Incorporated Shoraka Global Resources Sdn Bhd to venture in supplying commodity for Tawarruq
transactions through its 1st digital platform, Shoraka Al-Amin
2019
First Step
Shoraka Global Capital Sdn Bhd was incorporated to run a factoring business
2020
Financial Management Service
Incorporated MyAngkasa Shoraka Sdn Bhd, a JV between ANGKASA and Shoraka to offer financial
management services to cooperative ecosystem of Malaysia

FIKRA Program
• Shoraka Suyula Platform became a member of first cohort FIKRA Program - Securities Commission (SC)
• Early of 2021, developed its 2nd digital platform, Shoraka Suyula Platform, a Rahnu Financing Platform
• Incorporated Shotech Sdn Bhd to provide IT Services

Jakarta
• stablished a JV with Kennlines Capital (Jakarta),

Ringgit Ease
• Acquired Ringgit Ease Sdn Bhd, a private credit business, and launched its 5th digital platform tailored to meet the financial needs of civil servants in Malaysia
• Shoraka RAYA received Malaysia Digital Status by MDEC

RMO
• Shoraka Ventures launched its 6th digital platform, a Financing Origination & Processing System for
Financial Institutions
• Shoraka received conditional approval for the Recognised Market Operator (RMO) License by the SC
Founded on Expertise
Established in Dubai in 2006 as Shoraka Advisory Services (SAS), the Group began as a licensed investment advisory firm under the Dubai Economic Department, advising Middle Eastern investors on opportunities in Malaysia and South-East Asia.
Expanding with Purpose
Building on this foundation, Shoraka strategically expanded into technology-enabled financing platforms, bridging gaps in access to Shariah-compliant capital and liquidity.
